Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time
Because our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location, after your order has been processed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, or as otherwise stated in a current promotion on our store. Any free digital gifts included with your order carry no additional shipping cost.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Hungry Whisker is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Delays
We are not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs once an order has left our fulfillment partner. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at support@hungrywhisker.com so we can help investigate.
